Founded by noted vintage Patek Philippe collector Archie, Archiwatch was created to celebrate some of watchmaking's greatest icons through thoughtfully executed homages that capture the spirit of the originals while remaining honest about their modern identity. Produced in small, numbered series, each release blends vintage-inspired design with contemporary manufacturing, offering collectors an accessible way to experience historically significant aesthetics.
The Reference 55 pays tribute to one of the most celebrated perpetual calendars ever produced, the Patek Philippe ref. 3448 "Padellone." Rather than replicating the perpetual calendar complication, Archiwatch has chosen the more practical triple calendar and moonphase display, preserving the elegance and balanced proportions of the original while creating a highly wearable everyday watch. Limited to individually numbered examples, the ref. 55 combines a beautifully executed 37.75mm stainless steel case, an elegant black dial, and a Dubois Dépraz calendar module to create one of the most compelling vintage-inspired independent releases of recent years.

THE DIAL
Inspired by the fourth-series Patek Philippe ref. 3448, the black dial achieves an exceptional balance between elegance and functionality. Applied faceted arrow markers, dauphine hands and a finely printed minute track frame the day and month apertures at twelve o'clock, while the moonphase and pointer date display at six o'clock preserve the harmonious symmetry that made the original "Padellone" such an enduring icon.
THE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from 316L stainless steel, the three-piece case faithfully captures the elegant proportions that earned the original ref. 3448 its famous "Padellone" nickname. Measuring just under 38mm, it features a polished sloping bezel, crisp faceted lugs and brushed case flanks that create an attractive interplay of finishes while maintaining a refined vintage profile.

Watch is in overall like-new condition. The case shows only light signs of wear or handling. It is fitted with a Molequin leather strap and a steel pin buckle. Comes with the leather presentation box and papers.
