The yellow gold case is in excellent condition, with some slight softening to the hobnail finish around the bezel. The case sides and dodecagonal case back have some light scratches. The hobnail dial is excellent, with some minor areas of wear on the peaks of some of the pyramid patter on the dial. The hobnail-effect bracelet is in excellent condition, showing gentle signs of softening in places. It has 23 links and fits an approximately 7" wrist.
