How do I bid? Start here
Introduction
Famed for their embrace of avant-garde aesthetics, Audemars Piguet’s design language has become known for how clearly it breaks away from the typically reserved designs of its fellow watchmakers. Offered here as the embodiment of that idea is an 18kt white gold timepiece that features a vertical brushed bezel whose texture is continued along and through its tightly woven 18kt white gold integrated bracelet that effectively hides the bracelet’s links, making it seem like one continuous piece of metal. Contrasting this bright abundance of white gold is this timepiece’s gorgeous green Jadeite dial. Featuring very few inclusions, this example’s dial is absolutely pristine with only gentle white spotting evenly dispersed throughout and accompanied by the white hour markers painted at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock and AP’s branding at 12 o’clock. An interesting blend of colors and textures, this timepiece champions AP’s artistic creativity and their craftmanship alike to stunning effect.

Condition
Watch is in very good overall condition. Textured case with integrated band shows only minor signs of surface wear. There is some oxidation along the inner bezel and underneath the crystal as shown in the image. Original stone dial in excellent condition. There are no visible hairline cracks on the dial surface. Original unsigned crown has been changed at some point, and the watch is currently fitted with a crown that has three stars embossed on it. Bracelet has had extensions soldiered on at some point on both ends of the clasp as seen in the images. Bracelet currently fits a 7 1/2" wrist.
Our Perspective
A unique watch that departs from AP's better-known designs, this timepiece successfully embraces AP's distinctive style and love of avant-garde aesthetics in a vivid manner that has resulted in a beautiful timepiece.
