Introduction
Perhaps one of the most iconic timepieces to be released since the Quartz Crisis, the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak has gone from strength to strength on the open market as collectors seek out these wonderful timepieces. Here we have the ref. 26210ST Dual-Time variant offered in stainless steel with a collector-favorite white dial. Decorated with AP’s signature “Grande Tapisserie” pattern and spotted with complications such as a power reserve indicator, a pointer date subdial, a 2nd timezone, and an AM/PM indicator, this now-discontinued 39mm variant retains its link to the past with Gerald Genta’s original dimensions and the historic Jaeger LeCoultre-derived cal. 939. Modified slightly, the movement does not use a pusher adjuster for the date indicator like other watches that feature this movement. Instead, all adjustments are made via the crown retaining the Royal Oak's original aesthetic as it lacks what would otherwise be a visually obtrusive pusher at 2 o’clock.

Our Perspective
As iconic as they come, the ref. 26120ST retains the original Royal Oak ref. 5402's 39mm case design, while loading the legendary timepiece with useful complications for the jet-setters amongst us.
