Following the opening of Dubai-based retailer Perpétuel in 2020 with its first limited-edition collaboration, a pair of watches from Baltic, the duo have decided to collaborate on another limited-edition trio of timepieces to mark UAE's 50th anniversary; the aptly named UAE 50th Anniversary Titanium Collection. As its name suggests, these three timepieces are constructed from titanium, which marks the first time the vintage-inspired watchmaker has ventured outside of stainless steel. Using two different cases, one 38mm and the other 39mm, Baltic has created a GMT timepiece, using the 39mm case, a Chronograph model, and a time-only HMS model – both using the 38mm. Maintaining Baltic’s use of vintage-inspired aesthetics, each timepiece features a hesalite crystal and a two-toned aspect, with the GMT featuring a black dial and a two-tone black and rose-gold tone bezel, while the other two variants feature vintage-inspired two-tone sector dials using the same colors as the GMT and an array of finishing techniques such as concentric guilloche engravings and, brushed-finishes. In addition, each model shares the use of Eastern-Arabic script in their dials, or bezel, in the case of the GMT. A fitting tribute to Perpétuel’s home, these stunning timepieces showcase the incredible talents found within the French watchmaker’s design team, and the beautiful timepiece retailers and brands can create when they collaborate.

The watches are in like-new condition, each showing only very light signs of wear or handling. The set comes in a special presentation box, complete with papers and three additional unused brown leather straps with steel buckles.
