Introduction
Launched in 2012 in Shenzhen, China, Behrens was founded by a group of young watchmaking enthusiasts who shared a vison for expressing time itself through a variety of mechanical structures that had never been seen before. Since then, over the last 13 years, Behrens has made a name for itself through its unique watches that combines unique aesthetics with fantastical mechanics, resulting in timepieces that are utterly extraordinary, much like the Ultralight 20G BHR030 that we have here. Made completely out of titanium and boasting an asymmetrical rectangular-shaped case that weighs only 20 grams (without the strap), the Ultralight 20G BHR030 is everything that Behrens stands for, with its openworked dial, stunning movement, and complicated mechanics. Just 6mm thin, 46mm tall at its longest, and featuring a curved profile, the BHR030 is a wonderfully wearable monument to the mechanics of time and the artistry of watchmaking.
