Introduction
Founded in 1992 by two lifelong French friends as a university project, Bell & Ross has grown from its humble tech startup-esque beginnings into one of the biggest modern watchmakers in the world. Sharing a belief that watches should be functional, durable and rooted in usefulness, Bell & Ross’ founders were convinced that function shaped form, as opposed to the other way around. In just a short 30 or so years, Bell & Ross has become synonymous with aviation and military-themed watches, but they have expanded their offerings into the realm of stylistic expression, with watches such as the BR-05, an integrated bracelet sports watch. Offered here as part of the BR-05 family we have the Horolum BR05A-GM-ST/SST, a limited edition series created in 2021 with just 250 pieces. Inspired by “the minerality of concrete and the stripping down of contemporary architecture,” the Horolum’s inspiration takes effect across its 40mm stainless steel construction and dial. Boasting a micro-blasted texture across both its construction and monochromatic silver display, the Horolum embodies the concrete cityscape often found around us in sumptuous style.

THE DIAL
Closely matching the color and finish of its construction, the Horolum's display is entirely monochromatic in its execution, creating a homogenous aesthetic with the rest of the watch.
THE CONSTRUCTION
Finished with a sandblasted texture, the Horolum's subtle matte finish downplays the BR-05's unique construction design and allows the watch to become ever more understated.

Condition
Watch is in near mint condition. The case has very light signs of wear. The dial and hands are like new. The bracelet has some light scratches on the sandblasted finish. There is no play between the links. The bracelet currently fits a 7 3/4" wrist and has 19 links, 9 of which are removable. One additional link is included. Comes with boxes, warranty, booklet and hangtag.
