Founded in 1992 by two lifelong French friends as a university project, Bell & Ross has grown from its humble tech startup-esque beginnings into one of the biggest modern watchmakers in the world. Sharing a belief that watches should be functional, durable and rooted in usefulness, Bell & Ross’ founders were convinced that function shaped form, as opposed to the other way around. In just a short 30 or so years, Bell & Ross has become synonymous with aviation and military-themed watches, but they have expanded their offerings into the realm of stylistic expression, with watches such as the BR-05, an integrated bracelet sports watch.

Offered here as part of the BR-05 family we have the Urban Concept BR-X5 Green Lum, a fully luminous creation combining a new lightweight material with bright green luminous material to create something truly unique. Launched in 2022 as a limited edition of 500 pieces, along with orange and blue versions, also limited to 500 pieces each, the resulting watch measures 42mm in diameter, is as strong as carbon fiber and weighs 70% less. With a black dial decorated with even more lume for its complications, the resulting timepiece showcases Bell & Ross’ unique watchmaking style, a style which has catapulted them to stardom over the last 34+ years.
