Founded by Sylvain Berneron, Berneron approaches independent watchmaking from the principle that mechanics should dictate design rather than conform to conventional shapes. Nowhere is that philosophy more apparent than in the Mirage, whose dramatically asymmetric architecture allows the movement's components to occupy the space best suited to their function. The resulting case follows the proportions of the Fibonacci sequence, creating a watch whose unusual form is as technically driven as it is visually distinctive.

The Mirage 34 translates that concept into a more compact 34mm format, powered by the specially developed calibre 215. Constructed with an 18K gold mainplate and bridges, the manually wound movement provides 72 hours of power reserve and continues Berneron's "one watch, one movement" philosophy. The Viridian is distinguished by its chrysoprase dial, bringing the natural variations and rich green tones of stone to one of contemporary independent watchmaking's most unconventional designs.
