Launched in 2019, the watch that we have here is proof of that very idea, the Faubourg de Cracovie “King”. Launched as part of a limited edition collection of four variants each limited to just 18 pieces, it takes the Faubourg de Cracovie’s chronograph watch as the foundation, and gives it a stunning salmon dial with matching salmon subdials. Engraved throughout its salmon portion, with recessed subdials and blued steel hands, the King is a stunning watch that reveals the artistry of Czapek’s horological prowess. Powered by the proprietary Vaucher Fleurier movement, the cal. SXH3, made only for Czapek, the King features the Faubourg de Cracovie’s 41.5mm stainless steel case with its skeletonized lugs, thin bezel, and seamlessly-integrated chronograph pushers. A casual watch on the wrist on account of its rubber strap, the King is a wonderful display of artistry and watchmaking combined into one.
