Powered by F.P. Journe's in-house manually wound cal. 1304 movement with the brand's signature 18ct rose gold architecture housed within its 39mm tantalum case; the Chronomètre Bleu signifies the watchmaker’s motivation only to create watches deserving of the name of their dial. And what a dial it is.
A striking blend of blue, navy and sapphire shades, the Chronomètre Bleu's dial is perhaps the most versatile on the market today, with it transforming from one color to another at the flick of the wrist. With a railroad-track minute marker along its periphery, ornate Arabic numerals, and a sunken subdial at 7:30 with a concentric guilloche-engraved pattern, the Chronomètre Bleu's dial is impressive even if you look beyond its stunning shades of seaside sapphire.
