Introduction
Founded in 2020 on the basis of creating modern watches that were vintage-inspired and affordable, Furlan Marri burst onto the watchmaking scene as one of the industry’s quickest trailblazers, with the brand winning a GPHG award in 2021, just 1 year after they began their journey. Five years later and the brand is going from strength to strength with more and more deeply desirable watches, just like this collaborative piece that involved the work of Furlan Marri themselves, legendary watch collector Auro Montanari, and equally revered watch publication Revolution Watch. Launched in 2023 and boasting a two-tone black and salmon dial, the ref. 3188-A is a Tasti Tondi inspired timepiece with plenty of mid-century aesthetic influences across its design, such as its pump pushers and general dial aesthetic. Powered by a manual-wind column-wheel movement with 63 hours of power reserve, this timepiece is as mechanically astute as it is visually impressive.

THE DIAL
Boasting a bi-compax two-tone salmon and black dial with a sector design, this timepiece's display is immediately reminiscent of mid-century chronographs such as the Patek Philippe Tasti Tondi.
THE CONSTRUCTION
Boasting a stainless steel 38mm construction with pump pushers and a domed bezel, the watch is both contemporary in its size, but clearly vintage-inspired in its execution.
