Founded in 1791, Girard Perregaux is a watchmaker rooted in tradition and centuries of history that have earned them a place amongst the greats of Swiss watchmaking. As part of this collaboration, Girard Perregaux launched the Single Button Chronograph ref. 8050 375 MM Edition in 2003 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Ferrari’s iconic 375 MM. Boasting a rectanuglar 18kt white gold construction, the ref. 8050 features an understated silver dial whose only hint at its limited edition nature is its red 375 MM script at 6 o’clock. Offered as a limited edition series of just 125 pieces as denoted by its engraved caseback that also includes an outline of the car itself, and Ferrari’s logo, the ref. 8050 pays homage to one Ferrari’s most iconic cars through the best way Girard Perregaux know how, a well-executed timepiece.
