Famed for their use of Damascus steel, GoS (Gustafsson & Sjögren) is a Swedish watchmaker founded in 2007 by Johan Gustafsson, a renowned master bladesmith and Patrik Sjögren, a master watchmaker. Combining the two artisan’s talents, the resulting brand provided a Scandinavian flair to the world of independent horology which has resulted in dozens of unique and interesting models, much like this Sarek Frost. Launched in 2024 as a limited edition collection of just 100 pieces, this Sarek Frost is a rarity for the brand given its lack of Damascus steel. Measuring 41.5mm in diameter and boasting a sunburst ice blue dial, as its name suggests, this timepiece is a wonderful exhibition of Swedish styling, with its heavily bevelled case reflecting the Viking-inspired aesthetic that the brand has championed since it originally debuted. Sporting twelve tiny solid blocks of Super-LumiNova that resemble blocks of ice, the Sarek Frost’s dial takes its inspiration quite literally as its dial combines function with form, with small white specks around the dial resembling the falling of snow and settling frost. An impressively built machine, the Sarek Frost is powered by a heavily customized automatic La Joux Perret cal. G101 movement which caps off this scintillating Scandinavian watch.

Watch is in overall like-new condition. The case shows only light signs of wear or handling. Comes complete with box and papers.
