Founded in 2004 by husband-and-wife duo Richard and Maria Habring in the small town of Völkermarkt, Austria, Habring2 produces some of the most understated and technically impressive timepieces on the market for their relatively affordable price points. Among their long list of accomplishments is the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) award that their Doppel 2 won in 2012 in the sports watch category, which only goes to show their impressive talents as watchmakers. Further showcasing those talents is the Chrono-Felix 50th Anniversary Shellman Edition that we have here. A remarkable timepiece that epitomizes precision and elegance, the Shellman Edition 50th Anniversary is Habring’s second collaboration with the Japanese retailer Shellman that features the brand's distinct aesthetic, combining classic and contemporary elements throughout its dial and 38.5mm stainless steel construction. Powered by the in-house A11C-H1 movement, the Chrono-Felix ensures impeccable accuracy and reliability. Its clean silver dial design, adorned with subtle yet sophisticated details such as its blued hands, applied indices, and contrasting finishes enhances readability and adds to its timeless appeal. Boasting a stunning silver dial rich with contrasting brushed and concentric finishing that combine to create a two-tone effect, the Chrono-Felix's display is a wonderful example of how different craftsmanship techniques can impact the aesthetics of a watch.
THE CONSTRUCTION
Boasting a 38.5mm construction that stands around 12mm tall, the Chrono-Felix combines modern proportions and a vintage aesthetic on the wrist that is achieved through its single pump pusher and polished sloped bezel.

Condition
The watch is in overall near-mint condition. The steel case and case back show light signs of wear. The dial and hands are in like-new condition. The watch is fitted with a black leather strap and steel pin buckle, both in near-mint condition. Comes complete with box and papers.
