Launched in 2013 as a limited edition model of just 20 pieces in this configuration of rose gold and a black dial, the Harry Winston Midnight GMT Tourbillon ref. 450/MATTZ45R takes the esteemed tourbillon complication and presents it in a 45mm diameter 18kt rose gold construction that is decidedly modern in its silhouette, but also typical in its Harry Winston aesthetic, as identified with its triple arch embellishment at 3 o’clock. Sporting a stunning black information-dense dial with a variety of finishes across its surface alongside the array of information it presents across its twin timezone and tourbillon-wielding display, the ref. 450/MATTZ45R typifies Harry Winston’s artisanal craftmanship throughout its entire design.

THE DIAL
Featuring a stunning black dial with twin subdials to house the hour displays sitting atop its tourbillon aperture at 6 o'clock, this timepiece has clearly been designed to be legible and functional, with its city aperture at 10 o'clock clearly marking where the second timezone relates to.
THE CONSTRUCTION
Made of 18kt rose gold and measuring 45mm, the Midnight GMT Tourbillon combines a hefty case construction with elegant details, such as a polished bezel and lugs, resulting in a more casual silhouette than tourbillons typically have.

Condition
Watch is in overall near-mint condition. The rose gold case shows only light signs of wear, with a couple of small marks. The display case back has crisp engravings and hallmarks, with light marks. The dial and hands are like new. Fitted with a black crocodile strap, which is broken at the springbar on the 6 o’clock side, and a rose gold Harry Winston buckle in near-mint condition.
Please Note: Due to CITES considerations, if the watch is to be shipped outside of the USA, the exotic skin strap will have to be removed.
