Launched in 2013 as a limited edition model of just 40 pieces - 20 in rose gold and 20 in white gold - the Harry Winston Midnight Minute Repeater ref. 450-MMMR42R takes the esteemed minute repeater complication and presents it in a 42mm diameter 18kt rose gold construction that is decidedly modern in its silhouette, but also typical in its Harry Winston aesthetic, as identified with its triple arch embellishment at 3 o’clock. Standing 11.6mm tall and sporting a stunning semi-skeletonized black and silver dial with a variety of finishes across its surfaces, and a sliding trigger at 9 o’clock to activate its minute repeater, the ref. 450-MMMR42R typifies Harry Winston’s artisanal craftmanship throughout its entire design.

THE DIAL
Featuring a two-piece silver and black dial with a subdial to house the hour and minutes sitting atop its silver baseplate with a variety of finishing techniques, this timepiece has clearly been designed to be legible and functional, with the hammer and gongs for its minunte repeater function at 11 o'clock.
THE CONSTRUCTION
Made of 18kt rose gold and measuring 42mm x 11.6mm, the Midnight Minute Repeater combines a hefty case construction with elegant details such as a polished bezel and lugs that result in a more casual silhouette than minute repeaters are typically found in.

Condition
The watch is in overall excellent condition. The rose gold case has some light scratches and marks on the bezel and case back, with a more noticeable scuff on the bezel at 11. The display case back has well-defined engravings and hallmarks around the outer edge. The dial and hands are like new. The watch is fitted with a black alligator Harry Winston strap with an HW-signed deployant clasp in excellent condition.
Please Note: Due to CITES considerations, if the watch is to be shipped outside of the USA, the exotic skin strap will have to be removed.
