A distinctive watch brand known for its innovative design and high-quality craftsmanship, Ikepod was founded in the late 1990s by renowned watchmaker Oliver Ike and artist Marc Newson. After quickly gaining recognition for its bold and unconventional aesthetics, the brand’s timepieces became increasingly collectable thanks to their focus on limited editions and minimalist yet striking designs, often characterized by their unique shapes and vibrant colors. Offered here we have the Ikepod Horizon ref. HHP30. Launched in the mid-2000s and designed byy Marc Newson, the Horizon features a hulking 46mm platinum case in Ikepod’s signature UFO-shaped domed case design, with a white gold dial that features a plethora of divots across its surface, like the exterior of a golf ball. With a brushed texture across it domed platinum case and a black rubber strap, the HHP30 is admittedly under the radar for such an exclusive piece. Limited and numbered to just 10 pieces, the HHP30 showcases the design language and style that made Ikepod as popular as it remains today, with its caseback featuring a small window into its automatic movement to highlight the watchmaking that Ikepod serves to shine a light on.

Watch is in excellent overall condition. Case shows minor surface wear, with some scratches and hairlines visible on the brushed surface.
