Introduction
In a short time since its first watches hit the market in 2017, MING has built a reputation as a small brand that makes high quality and thoughfully designed watches in very limited quantities. This formula for success was validated in 2019, as the brand took hom the GPHG award for Horological Revelation for the 17.06 Copper.
The 18.01 H41 Diver in Titanium was announced and released in 2020. An evolution of the original Abyss 18.01, it features a slightly slimmer profile and a slightly updated aesthetic. The watch is quite a functional dive watch, with a depth rating of 1km as well as extensive use of Super-LumiNova X1 on all lumious areas. It is powered by a ETA 2824-2 movement, which is know for its reliability.

THE DIAL
With a focus on legibility, the MING 18.01 makes extensive use of the brightest luminous material made by LumiNova, called X1. It is applied in liquid expoxy form to the bezel, a solid block in the hands, and as HyCeram- a sapphire fused luminous ceramic.
THE KIT
The watch comes with two Jean Rousseau straps as well as its five-row titanium bracelet. There's something to match any occasion.

Condition
The watch is like new, with only minor superficial surface wear, namely on parts of the band. It is sized but comes with all links as new. The strap currently on the watch has minor wear from being on a wrist a few times.
Our Perspective
Its no secret that I'm an avid MING fan. This particular execution is one of my favorites. The design is original, and the watch wears so comfortable on the wrist, either on the bracelet or leather strap. If you've ever gone on the MING website to try and buy one of the watches you know how difficult it is, so here is your chance to pick one up on the secondary market at no reserve!
