THE DIAL
The Phoenix's deeply sculpted metallic grey dial creates extraordinary visual depth through a series of radial cut-outs that reveal a colour-shifting multiphasic-coated baseplate beneath. Negative relief details, luminous laser-cut indices and a redesigned chronograph minute counter combine to produce one of MING's most visually dynamic displays.
THE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from stainless steel, the 40mm case showcases MING's distinctive multi-piece architecture, with stepped lugs requiring nine individual components to achieve its alternating brushed and polished finishes. Despite its complex construction and left-handed monopusher layout, the case remains water resistant to 100 metres, making it a genuinely versatile everyday chronograph.
