While their dive watches and chronographs are typically the first of Omega’s watches that come to mind, Omega’s history as a watchmaker is incredibly diverse with large ranges of dress watches offered alongside those tool watches. First launched in 2002 as an expansion of Omega’s Seamaster 120 collection, the Seamaster Aqua Terra collection was created as a means to speak to the brand’s classical DNA while appealing to the Seamaster’s rugged dive watch design. As a result, the Aqua Terra features a hybrid design that is incredibly versatile. Often cased in stainless steel, the Aqua Terra features a slightly more traditional design language with fixed smooth bezels, decorated dials and a date function. However, in a bid to speak to the Seamaster’s heritage, the Aqua Terra also features 150m of water resistance, much like the ref. 522.10.41.21.04.001 that we have here. Added to the collection in 2022 as a special edition to celebrate the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, the ref. 522.10.41.21.04.001 is powered by Omega’s automatic Co-Axial cal. 8800 movement, which is far more efficient than traditional lever escapements. With its crisp white ceramic dial – complete with a special frosted finish - and blued steel hands and hour markers, the ref. 522.10.41.21.04.001 is a visually striking watch deserving of the industry shaking Co-Axial movement that resides within its 41mm stainless steel case.

The watch is in new condition with stickers still on the watch, some of which were removed for photography. The bracelet currently fits a 7 3/4" wrist and has 16 links, 8 of which are removable.
