While their dive watches and chronographs are typically the first of Omega’s watches that come to mind, Omega’s history as a watchmaker is incredibly diverse with large ranges of dress watches offered alongside those tool watches. First launched in 2002 as an expansion of Omega’s Seamaster 120 collection, the Seamaster Aqua Terra collection was created as a means to speak to the brand’s classical DNA while appealing to the Seamaster’s rugged dive watch design. As a result, the Aqua Terra features a hybrid design that is incredibly versatile. Often cased in stainless steel, the Aqua Terra features a slightly more traditional design language with fixed smooth bezels, decorated dials, and a date function. However, in a bid to speak to the Seamaster’s heritage, the Aqua Terra also features 150m of water resistance, much like the ref. 231.10.39.60.06.001 that we have here. Added to the collection in 2013, the ref. 231.10.39.60.06.001 is powered by a quartz movement, which gives it a practical sense of utility as a modern tool watch. With its crisp black vertical pinstripe dial and applied hour markers, this ref. 231.10.39.60.06.001 is a visually striking watch deserving of the flourish that it has been given by Omega at the request of the Kingdom of Jordan, the Royal Jordanian emblem, a golden crown, on its dial at 12 o’clock, marking this as a watch that was either gifted to a foreign dignitary by the King of Jordan.

Watch is in excellent overall condition. Case shows minor scuffs and wear marks, primarily visible along the caseback edge and around the surfaces of the lugs. Dial has the applied Royal Jordanian crown at 12 o'clock. Bracelet has 15 links total, 7 of which are removable. Bracelet shows minimal stretch, and fits an approx 7" wrist. There are two additional links included with the watch. Watch is accompanied by its original double boxes (With Royal Jordanian Crown on the box) and guarantee certificate and hang tag.
