THE DIAL

Tucked behind the hands is the quote "Failure is not an option", from the 1995 movie Apollo 13, in which Ed Harris plays the role of NASA flight director Gene Franz.

THE CASEBACK

The caseback is embedded with a .925 sterling silver Snoopy pin, which is affixed upon a blue enamel background with silver flecks. This is not original to the Silver Snoopy Awards, which were given to Apollo 13 astronauts.

Our Perspective

The 45th Anniversary Snoopy Edition is undeniably one of the best modern watches produced by Omega. It's an ideal union of the historical association Omega has with space exploration, and its modern design language. As is well known, these watches are not easy to come by, especially one in such flawless shape. This is an excellent chance for all types of collectors to acquire a highly desirable watch in immaculate condition.
