Introduction
In 2015 Oris dived back into their archives and brought out a vintage-inspired dive watch, the Divers sixty-Five. Boasting retro-inspired looks, a unique dial and modest 40mm sizing it was an instant hit. Following a few years of popularity, Oris and Hodinkee, the famed watch blog, decided to collaborate and create a limited edition Hodinkee-designed variant of the Diver’s Sixty-Five in 2021, just two years after the pair had created a manual-wind variant. Boasting a grey dial with faux patina on its hour markers, this variant’s display is distinctly aged-looking, feeding into its aesthetic as a watch inspired by mid-century dive watches. Powered by Oris’ automatic cal. 733 ND movement, this 250-piece limited edition run features the traditional solid commemorative caseback that is individually numbered and showcases Hodinkee’s name and logo. Measuring 40mm in diameter and 11.8mm tall, this vintage-inspired dive watch is a compact and sturdy addition to anyone’s sports watch collection, with its rarity, monochromatic color-scheme and modern build quality making it a wonderful piece to enjoy for years to come.

Condition
The watch remains in overall excellent condition. The steel case shows signs of wear and some light scratches, but no major nicks or dings. The bezel and insert are excellent. The dial and hands are like new. The bracelet has surface scratches, especially on the clasp, with negligible play between the links. The bracelet currently fits a 6 3/4" wrist and has 11 links. Comes with a spare strap, watch roll, boxes, papers, and hangtag.
