Introduction
Founded in 1996 by master watchmaker and restorer Michel Parmigiani with the support of the Sandoz Family Foundation, Parmigiani Fleurier has developed into one of Switzerland's most accomplished vertically integrated manufactures. The launch of the Tonda PF collection in 2021 introduced a more contemporary and understated design language, combining integrated-bracelet sports-watch architecture with the refined finishing and mechanical watchmaking for which the manufacture is known.
Offered here is the 36mm Tonda PF Automatic, a particularly elegant interpretation of the collection that retains its distinctive knurled platinum bezel, flowing stainless steel bracelet and exceptionally restrained dial. The sand grey dial is decorated with a fine Grain d'Orge guilloché pattern, interrupted only by applied indices, delta-shaped hands and the discreet PF signature at 12 o'clock. At just 8.6mm thick, its compact proportions and subtle combination of textures make this one of the most understated executions of the Tonda PF.

THE DIAL
The sand grey dial is decorated with Parmigiani Fleurier's finely executed Grain d'Orge guilloché, surrounded by a recessed, concentrically finished chapter ring. Applied indices, openworked delta-shaped hands and minimal branding preserve the remarkably clean aesthetic that has become a defining characteristic of the Tonda PF.
THE CONSTRUCTION
Measuring 36mm across and just 8.6mm thick, the stainless steel case flows almost seamlessly into its integrated bracelet. Alternating polished and brushed surfaces provide subtle definition, while the finely knurled platinum bezel introduces one of the collection's signature precious-metal details.

Condition
Watch is in overall like-new condition. The case shows only light signs of wear or handling. The bracelet is fitted with 21 links, 9 of which are removable, and fits approximately a 7¼” wrist. Watch comes with original box and guarantee certificate.
Our Perspective
The Tonda PF has become one of Parmigiani Fleurier's defining modern designs by approaching the integrated-bracelet sports watch with unusual restraint. At 36mm, this sand grey example is particularly well proportioned, while its guilloché dial, platinum bezel and beautifully finished manufacture movement provide the sort of details that reveal themselves gradually rather than demanding attention.
