Introduction
Launched in December 2021 as the very last Nautilus ref. 5711 before the entire collection’s pre-announced discontinuation in 2022, the ref. 5711/1A-018 played a significant role in the shared 170 yeas history between Patek Philippe and their legendary retailer, American jeweller Tiffany & Co. Celebrating the two brands’ 170th anniversary since they began collaborating, this new Nautilus was limited to just 170 pieces. Boasting a the ref. 5711’s famous 40mm stainless steel case, the Tiffany ref. 5711 boasts an exhibition caseback that features a decorative three-line inscription that reads “170th Anniversary – 1851-2021 – Tiffany & Co. - Patek Philippe”. However, its dial reveals this timepiece’s secret, with its horizontally embossed pattern boasting blackened gold applied hour markers, hands and date aperture that all sit atop a bright Tiffany blue dial. Crowing this horological jewel is the elusive Tiffany & Co.” signature at 6 o’clock - every Patek collector’s favourite thing to see.

Our Perspective
Inarguably the most sought-after Nautilus variant, probably ever, the Tiffany ref. 5711 encapsulates 170 years of history and imbues it into one watch, creating something the likes of we have never seen before from Patek Philippe.
