Introduction
Launched in 2022 the watch that we have here is a true heavy-hitters, the Perpetual Calendar ref. 5320G. Offered in 18kt white gold and boasting a rose-gilt opaline dial variant with grey gold applied Arabic numerals this timepiece is an update on the model that first launched in 2017. Famed for its vintage aesthetic and multi-stepped lugs and stepped bezel, the ref. 5320 is a true art-deco-inspired beauty, and this new variant only builds upon that aesthetic with the introduction of a vintage-inspired salmon dial. Featuring its day and month apertures at 12 o’clock and a pointer date subdial at 6 o’clock set around its moonphase indicator, the ref. 5320’s display is rooted in decades of heritage. Powered by the automatic cal. 26-330 S Q, the ref. 5320’s display also provides for two circular indicators at 4:30 and 7:30, which show the four year leap year cycle and the AM/PM settings, respectively.

THE DIAL
Launched in 2022 as the salmon variant of the ref. 5320G, this variant added some color to the collection, which had previously only been offered with a cream dial.
THE CONSTRUCTION
In keeping with the heritage-inspired design aesthetic of its display, the ref. 5320G's 18kt white gold construction also includes several touches of mid-century refinement, such as its multi-stepped lugs and stepped bezel.

Condition
Watch is in overall near-mint condition. The white gold case shows light signs of wear, with a couple of marks visible on the case back and lugs. The dial and hands remain like new. It is fitted with a brown alligator strap and a white gold deployant clasp showing light surface marks. Comes complete with inner and outer boxes, certificate of origin, booklets, document holder, setting pin, spare solid case back and hangtag.
Please Note: Due to CITES considerations, if the watch is to be shipped outside of the USA, the exotic skin strap will have to be removed.
Our Perspective
An incredibly impressive watch given how compact it is on the wrist and how much horological engineering is packed inside of its relatively small 40mm x 11.13mm case, the ref. 5320G is a vintage-inspired perpetual calendar that perfectly blends mid-century styling with modern technology.
