Introduction
Debuting in 1951, the Patek Philippe ref. 3465 is perhaps one of the rarest ever vintage Patek Philippe references to feature a rectangular case design. Offered in various case metals and dial styles, the platinum example we have here is found with a beautiful baguette diamond-set bezel that combines with a silver dial featuring applied baton hour markers. Creating a wonderful dichotomy between the intricacies of its case and the simplicity of its dial, this is a beautiful timepiece that exudes Patek Philippe’s excellence while being simultaneously reserved thanks to its understated dial. With approximately 25-30 examples of this reference in all configurations known to the market, this example is amongst some of the rarest and most sought-after variants.

Our Perspective
I'm a sucker for vintage diamond-set pieces, especially for ones as elegant and rare as this. The Patek 3465-1 in platinum with diamonds is exceedingly rare, with only one or two to ever have appeard publicly for sale. Don't miss your chance to pick up this rare gem.
