Working to distill Ressence's signature design language and simultaneously remove any distracting design details, the Type 1 Slim HOD3 is a terrific timepiece that is as beautiful as it is rare. With its black skeletonized dial, the timepiece highlights the movement beneath without compromising the unique display that has gone on to become one of Ressence's most important details in its aesthetic and mechanical execution. Offered in a monochromatic blacked-out case and dial on a black textile strap the overarching design serves to highlight the visual depth of Ressence’s design language while also playing to the timepiece's intention to refrain from being too loud. Made of titanium that is then completely coated with DLC, not only does the timepiece’s construction serve to ensure the durability of the watch, but it also enriches its design with a multi-faceted depth that helps accentuate its shadows, style and the impressive engineering that peaks through the skeletonized dial.
