Introduction
The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date was the entry level watch designed for daily use. Most often cased in stainless steel, these watches were true workhorses. Similar to the Datejust models, the Oyster Perpetuals had the same automatic movement housed in a slightly smaller 34mm size. Featuring a multitude of dial variants, there is a version that would appeal to every taste.

THE DIAL
The gilt dial of this 1500 is in immaculate condition- shiny and lustrous. The original tritium luminous dots are perfect and intact.
THE CONDITION
The bezel edges are razor sharp and exhibit only minimal signs of wear. Case lugs are also full and thick, and the entire watch presents as practically brand new.

Condition
The overall condition of the watch is excellent. Original black dial appears to be in excellent form with no discernable damage or flaws, and the gilt printing is still pristine. All luminous dots are intact. The case and bracelet have minor surface wear. Bracelet has 13 total links.
