Besides its angular 36mm stainless steel construction, the ref. 1530 houses a sunburst silver dial with applied index markers and a steep rehaut that includes a minute-scale – a reflection of the construction’s adaptability for the thicker quartz calibre that would soon replace the automatic cal. 1570 movement in the ref. 1530. Watch is in very good overall condition. Case exhibits signs of wear, with marks and signs of polish visible. Numbers on back of lugs are visible. Two piece dial in very good condition, with some surface oxidation coming thru close to some of the applied indexes, namely the coronet, a few of the hour markers, as well as the center post. Luminous dots are original and fully intact. Hands are frosted on the edges and discolored as shown. Bracelet has 12 links total, with 1 removable link. Bracelet shows some signs of wear and stretch.
