Showcasing the peak of mechanical durability it was launched publicly in 1997. While the various references within the EZM collection can lay claim to being designed for doctors, paramedics, and firefighters who require reliable performance in environments where a functioning watch could the difference in life or death, the EZM1 was designed specifically for German Customs Forces. Fitted with a black dual-hand chronograph dial with an offset date aperture, the EZM1’s display is tremendously unique thanks to its unusual design and red accents. Boasting a 41mm bead-blasted titanium destro-case, the EZM1 showcases that while Sinn might be best-known for pilot’s watches, they can make an incredible watch for specific groups like Customs Forces too.

THE DIAL
Featuring an unusual layout for a chronograph, the EZM1's black and red dial boasts two central chronograph hands that count the elapsed time by each counting the seconds and the minutes separately.
THE CONSTRUCTION
In keeping with its unique use case and inspiration, the EZM1 boasts a left-handed "destro" case made from titanium with its winding crown fit at 9 o'clock instead of the usual 3 o'clock.

Condition
Watch is in overall excellent condition. The titanium case shows some scuffs and surface scratches. The case back retains well-defined engravings. The bezel remains very clean. The dial and hands are near mint. It is fitted with a brown leather strap and a pin buckle. Comes complete with box, booklet, tool, and two spare straps.
