Rooted within Fears’ 178-year heritage from a physical point of view with a 38mm cushion-shaped stainless steel case, it delivers a balanced blend of vintage aesthetics and contemporary styling, which is mainly delivered through its Studio Underd0g-designed ombre orange sandwich dial, with its numerals and indices sitting on top of the dial. Launched in 2025 at the Wind-Up Watch Fair in New York and limited to just 300 pieces, this watch combines the best of both worlds offered by Fears and Studio Underd0g into one watch that is simply a wonderful exhibition of where modern British watchmaking is at the moment.

THE DIAL
Leaning more into Studio Underd0g's design influence, the Manhattan features a fume effect orange dial that fades from bright orange at its center to a dark brown along its periphery, where its floating numerals are found.
THE CONSTRUCTION
Featuring a cushion-shaped design, the 02 Series Manhattan's 38mm case is contemporary in size, but traditionist thanks to it leaning on Fears' impressive heritage.
