Launched in collaboration with iconic automaker Porsche to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the mythical Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7, the TAG Heuer x Porsche Carrera Chronograph RS 2.7 celebrates the two brands’ history working together since the 1980s. Debuting in 2022, the limited edition watch of just 500 pieces boasts a 42mm stainless steel case and is powered by the automatic Heuer 02 column wheel movement with 80-hour power reserve – all of which is on display behind a sapphire crystal caseback and a Porsche steering wheel-designed winding rotor. Sporting a bright silver dial with blue accents through its inscriptions and hands, the Carrera RS 2.7 even uses Porsche’s famous script for the Carrera inscription, instead of TAG Heuer’s typical font. With a blue lacquer-filled midcase and a bright white and blue strap to match its dial, the Carrera RS 2.7 is a stunning combination of TAG Heuer’s credentials as a watchmaker and Porsche’s credentials as the creator behind one of the car industry’s most beautiful cars.
