Introduction
Released in 2019 as a limited edition variant of the Black Bay Chrono to celebrate the 2019 Rugby World Cup and the team that had won it back to back in 2011 and 2015; New Zealand’s famous All Blacks, the ref. 79360DK is inspired by their famed black jersey. Limited to roughly 1181 pieces in celebration of the number of players to play for the All Blacks since their founding in 1884 (this number will grow over time as more players make their debuts), the Black Bay Chrono Dark boasts a matte black PVD-coated 41mm stainless steel case and bracelet with a matching blacked out dial and bezel. Powered by the COSC certified Tudor cal. MT5813, the ref. 79360DK features 70 hours of power reserve with a column wheel and vertical clutch. A rare, powerful and sleek timepiece, the ref. 79360DK is a testament to Rugby’s great team and Tudor’s long-standing partners, the All Blacks.

THE DIAL
Completing its blacked-out aesthetic, much in line with the All Blacks themselves, the ref. 79360DK boasts a black domed dial with a grainy texture across its surface with recessed subdials at 3 and 9 o'clock.

THE CONSTRUCTION
Retaining the Black Bay Chrono's entire construction, the ref. 79360DK features the same 41mm diameter, screw-down pushers and caseback, 200m of water resistance, domed sapphire crystal and functional bracelet.

TIMING MACHINE READOUT

Condition
Watch is in near-mint condition, having been worn only a handful of times by the previous owner. There is little to no wear on the watch, but the caseback has some debris accumulated in the engraving. Bracelet has been sized but the removed links are included with the watch.
Our Perspective
Celebrating the All Blacks in an interesting and quirky manner, this mostly limited edition variant of one of Tudor's best-known models is a fitting testament to Tudor's approach to break from convention and do things that few other watchmakers would, least of all their big brother.
