Beating at an impressive 5Hz, the El Primero cal. 3630 boasts an impressive 60-hour power reserve and displays more elaborate finishings than its predecessor, the cal. 3620. Featuring an openworked star-shaped winding rotor that sits atop bridges decorated with Côtes de Genève stripes that are arranged in a sunburst pattern radiating out from the back of the tourbillon, the movement echoes the aesthetic achieved by the Defy Skyline’s stunning blue dial, which also features an elaborate pattern that emanates out from the tourbillon’s aperture at 6 o’clock.
