Introduction
Launched in 2020 as the first collaboration between Revolution & The Rake and Zenith, the Chronomaster Revival A3818 “Cover Girl” is a wonderfully designed watch that pays tribute and maintains strict adherence to the historical watch that it derives its inspiration. Based on Zenith’s iconic Chronomaster, the A3818 retains the original Chronomaster’s tonneau-shaped angular case. Blending flat brushed surfaces with sharp angles, thick polished bevels and a domed sapphire crystal bezel, the A3818 plays with the light like none other as its domed crystal distorts the beautiful blue dial below, and light on the case skips from one surface to another. Limited to 100 pieces and featuring the iconic Gay Freres ladder bracelet alongside its high-frequency cal. El Primero 400 automatic movement on display behind its sapphire crystal caseback, the Chronomaster Revival A3818 “Cover Girl”, is a splendid example of rich and historically thematic horological design with a tasteful modern twist.

THE DIAL
Vertically satin-brushed in blue with white inscriptions and lumed indices, the A3818's dial is absolutely beautiful. Featuring an outer ring with a pulsometer and tachymeter scale and a “shark tooth” chronograph scale along its periphery, the A3818 is certainly filled with practical utility.
THE CONSTRUCTION
Measuring 37mm across, its tonneau-shaped stainless steel case looks incredible on the wrist as it blends flat brushed surfaces with sharp angles and thick polished bevels to wonderful effect.
